Charles A. Weimer, CDR

Charles is a compliance-focused professional, entrepreneur, and public service–oriented leader with a background spanning notarial services, administrative proceedings, regulatory compliance, telecom, human resources, and small business operations.

He is the founder and owner of Central Dallas Notary, where he provides notarial and deposition-related services with a strong emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and procedural integrity. His work includes acknowledgments, jurats, oaths and affirmations, real estate signings, remote online notarizations, and service as a deposition officer—capturing sworn testimony, managing exhibits, maintaining chain of custody, and supporting the creation of certified records for legal and administrative proceedings.

Charles brings a compliance-first mindset to every role he undertakes. His professional experience includes managing sensitive documentation, ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements, and supporting fair, impartial processes across both private and public-facing work. He is particularly attentive to accessibility, due process, and ethical standards, drawing on his experience with administrative law hearings, employment-related matters, and regulated service environments.

In addition to his professional practice, Charles is pursuing a Master of Public Administration and plans to attend law school in North Texas. His academic and professional interests center on administrative law, regulatory compliance, public ethics, and the role of institutions in ensuring fairness and accountability.

Outside of his professional and academic work, Charles enjoys baking for friends and family and loves interior design.
