Central Dallas Notary provides the following services:
Remote Online Notarization (RON) for clients located nationwide.
In-person notarization services only when legally required by the document.
Mobile notarization services available by appointment within the State of Texas.
We notarize a variety of documents including but not limited to affidavits, powers of attorney, real estate forms, business agreements, and legal acknowledgments. We reserve the right to decline any notarization request that does not comply with Texas laws or professional standards.
We are not attorneys licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. It is your responsibility to understand the contents of any document prior to your appointment. If you have legal questions, please consult a licensed attorney.
You must present valid, unexpired, government-issued photo identification
at the time of the notarization. Acceptable forms of ID include:
Driver's License,
State ID card,
U.S. Passport,
or, other government issue photo identification that is NOT expired.
Documents WILL NOT be notarized without proper identification.
A webcam and microphone are required. You must pass identity verification and credential analysis through the RON platform. All signers must have access to a stable internet connection.
Failure to meet these conditions may result in cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment.
Mobile notary services are available in the State of Texas by appointment only. Travel fees are assessed based on distance and time and are non-refundable once the notary is en route. The notarization fee is separate from the travel fee.

No-shows, last-minute cancellations, or failure to present valid ID may result in:
Full forfeiture of travel related fees.
Refunds are not provided once a notarization has been completed.
We reserve the right to refuse service if:
The signer appears intoxicated or mentally incompetent.
The signer is coerced or does not appear to understand the document.
The document is incomplete or contains blank spaces.
The ID is invalid, expired, defaced, or otherwise suspicious.
The request violates Texas law or notarial ethics.
Participants of a notarization fail or refuse to follow instructions.
At the discretion of the Notary Public.
We are committed to protecting your personal information. All RON sessions are conducted through secure, compliant platforms and are be recorded as required by Texas law. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except as required by law or subpoena.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
