Please bring the document, a valid photo ID, and any other signing parties.

How much do you charge for notarization?

Our fee schedule:

Notarization - $10

Protest - $4

Additional signers - $1/ea

Depositions - $1/100 words

Remote online notarization (RON) - $25 plus notarial act

Provided witness (RON only) - $30

Client provided witness verification (RON/IPEN only) - $24

Notarization of electronic documents (IPEN) - $25 plus notarial act

Travel Fees for Mobile Notarizations:

On-site - $0

Within Downtown Dallas proper - $15

25 mile radius of Downtown Dallas - $50

Beyond 25 mile radius - $100

Are you available during weekends?

Yes, we offer notary services during weekends, but please schedule an appointment to ensure availability.

Can notarized documents be used outside of the United States

Yes, but documents for use abroad will require an Apostille from the Texas Secretary of State.

What is the difference between notarization and Apostille?

Notarization authenticates the identity of the signers and their signatures. An Apostille certifies the document for international use under the Hague Convention.

How long does a notarization meeting typically last

Most notarization appointments last about 10-20 minutes depending on the complexity and number of documents
