All notarizations are scheduled for and will be conducted via remote online notarization (RON) except for the following documents:
-Durable Power of Attorney
-Irrevocable Trusts
-Last Will & Testaments
-Conservatorships
-I-9 Verification Documents
If the above documents are submitted for notarization, I will contact you to confirm the time and place for an in-person notarization.
Please note that all documents involving people under the age of 18 require proof of guardianship (such as a birth certificate or court documents) for notarization.

For wet ink notarizations, jurisdiction is limited to the State of Texas. However, as a remote online notary, services are available to anyone within the United States and its territories.

Do you only conduct remote online notarizations?
No. Some documents are required to be notarized in-person. I will let you know over the phone if the notarization needs to take place in-person and will set up an appointment at a time that works for you.
